Age Restrictions
Under the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, the minimum legal purchase age is 21 years for mild beer and wine, and 25 years for hard spirits (whisky, rum, vodka, gin, brandy).
Licensed Retail Partners Only
All products are stocked, sold, and invoiced by independent state-licensed retail establishments possessing valid FL-II retail vendor permits.
Mandatory Doorstep ID Verification
Delivery personnel are legally required to verify the customer's original physical government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) prior to handover.
Responsible Consumption
Delivery will be refused if the recipient appears visibly intoxicated, is underage, or cannot present matching identification. Alcohol is harmful to health; consume responsibly.
Permitted Operational Hours & Delivery Geographies
Delivery orders can only be accepted and dispatched during retail store operating hours sanctioned by the local municipal and state excise authorities (typically 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM). No deliveries will occur on declared dry days or during election-related restriction periods.
